Tanec Měsíce Yankuimetztli se otevřel za červencového úplňku 2026. 40 tanečnic a 20 pomocníků z Česka, Slovenska, Bulharska, Německa, Rakouska, Dánska, USA a Kostariky se setkali na kouzelné louce obklopené skalami na Kokořínsku.
Tato ceremonie vychází z linie babičky Any Carmony Itzpapalotl a vede ho Juliet Vopěnka Navratilova (Cuauhtli Meyotzin) za podpory babičky Michaely Znamínková a amerických babiček Theano Alexopoulou a Skyekoyeh Thundercloud z Metztli Cuauhxi Kalli.
Semínko našeho tance jsme zaseli v roce 2022. Náš neziskový „Spolek slovanského Tance Měsíce“ byl založen v roce 2025. Již od počátku se necháváme vést, stejně jako tomu bylo v Mexiku, abychom náš tanec uzpůsobili (rozvzpomněli se), s podporou i našich předků, do kelto-slovanské podoby.

Ometeotl
The Yankuimetztli Moon Dance was planted on the full moon of July 2026. 40 dancers and 20 supporters from Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, Denmark, the USA, and Costa Rica gathered in a magical meadow surrounded by rocks in Bohemia, 80km NW from Prague.
This ceremony follows the lineage of Grandmother Ana Carmona Itzpapalotl and is led by Juliet Vopěnka Navratilova (Cuauhtli Meyotzin), with the support of Grandmother Michaela Znamínková and American Grandmothers Theano Alexopoulou and Skyekoyeh Thundercloud from Metztli Cuauhxi Kalli.
We planted the seed of our dance in 2022. Our non-profit organization, the “Slavic Moon Dance Association,” was founded in 2025. From the very beginning, just like the women in Mexico, we have allowed ourselves to be guided in adapting (or rather, remembering) our dance into a Celto-Slavic form, with the support of our ancestors.
